Smoothie Sunday! Time to refuel with antioxidants

-Spinach  (trust me, you won’t taste it)
-Blueberries.
-Raspberries.
-Strawberries.
-Blackberries.
-Pinapples (I cut mine fresh than freeze the pieces, this helps keep my smoothie cold without adding icecubes!)
– Banana.
-coconut oil.
-Detox inpurities.
-Whey protein.
-Acai juice.

This smoothie is not only tasty, it us also chuck full of antioxidants! After a weekend of fun, this is a perfect drink to sip on a Sunday.
