Smoothie Sunday..is it really Sunday already?!

Well, well, well..the weekend has once again felt like a an eat-and-run guest.

Squinting through one eye, I have to stick to my daily smoothie regime.  With that said, which should it be?….detox?…immunity?..antioxidant?..

Antioxidant with a little something-something to help inflammation!

  • Spinach
  • Pineapple
  • Apple
  • Aloe
  • Ginger
  • Cucumber

Cheers! Monday will be here sooner than we know it…so bottoms up to finishing up the weekend with something healthy for our bodies!
